Flavors. Our standard flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate, Carrot Cake, Mocha, Red Velvet, and Confetti

Fillings. I can use Buttercream, cream cheese, flavored whipped cream, jams, ganache, pastry cream; with fresh fruit

Frosting. I offer Buttercream, cream cheese, ganache, or whipped cream

Basic Decorations. My cakes come standard with your choice of Rosettes, flowers, Scrollwork, Messages, and/or Fresh fruit

Special Decorations. I would love to incorpoarte 3D Fondant/gum paste decorations, edible flowers, Airbrushing, Gum paste Flowers

Specialty Cakes. My specialties include Princess Cake, Flourless Chocolate (GF), German Chocolate, Mocha-Espresso cake, Upside down cakes and Sculpted Cakes
